PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE REST OF THE DAY

  • Go to the gym.  I’ve been going every day so far and have been feeling really good about it.  If I let myself skip a day, then I’ll probably stop going forever.
  • Take shower.
  • Watch movie while eating dinner and waiting for hair to try.
  • Go to library.
  • Finish reading and taking notes from Ch. 5 of Biopsychology.
  • Start reading Senghor article.
  • Do Spanish homework if time permits.
  • Fill out IRS form if time permits.
