any of you swimmers? also periods.

i quit swim team before i got my first period, so i thankfully never had to deal with this, but now that i’m taking a scuba class that’s taking place in a pool, I’m wondering… do you just stick a tampon in and it’s all fine?

i read somewhere that menstrual cups might be better but i’ve never used one before so idk.
