It seems like I’ve been watching him all my life sometimes. My Aunt Peggy had worked with him during the war. In the French Resistance. And briefly they had fallen in love. The only way you can when there are bombs falling all around…with wild abandon.
But I didn’t know all that as a kid. I just knew she liked to watch newsreel footage from the war…even though it made her cry.

our plan was for him to go to the laundromat while i made dinner, then eat dinner in front of dexter.
what happened was that he met up with his coworker at the laundromat and then went to get drinks with this coworker then texted me that he’d be home late then came home too drunk to eat or stand up or sleep or walk. i would be angry, but i feel sort of sorry for him. he’s curled up in front of the toilet right now and refuses to go to the bed.
on the plus side, i’m watching LOST :D
buffy - 5x10 - into the woods
i’m not a buffy/riley shipper. i don’t know many people who are. at best, i think most people tolerate riley. he’s… the rebound guy, right? after that tumultuous and dramatic relationship with angel, he’s sort of what buffy needed. understandably, this made him less exciting and i think most fans saw him as boring.
despite all this, that scene when buffy is running through the woods trying to catch him and he’s waiting for her and she just misses the helicopter… it makes me cry.
