Willow Rosenberg
When I read this question, my mind sort of did a spin that went something like this:
Faith → Willow → Cordy → Kaylee → Fred → Willow → Tara → Willow
Although I love all the other female characters I mentioned, Willow is special. Getting to see her grow from a shy nerd to a powerful wicca over a span of seven years sort of makes her stick out. There was never a second in Buffy or Angel where I doubted my love for her. Even when she was evil, I loved her.
Plus, Alyson Hannigan is my girl. :D
